My Windows '98 PC computer doesn't have an installed harddrive. So why is there a "c" drive with system files?

I would assume the drive labeled "c:" is actually the ram drive created by your windows 98 startup floppy or CD you booted the system from. If you are actually running Windows 98, you MUST have at least a thumb drive or other "fixed" disk that the OS is running from...
