  • Have you dropped it lately? Has it had contact with water? If you take the housing off and look at the front of the phone (lcd) where the top of the phone is where the on and off button should be, there will be a little while button push that down. That button is the real on and off button, i think maybe the case is broken and not pushing it down. Other then that its probably a motherboard related problem, take it to a phone repair store and have it checked out. Tho in my experience it will be cheaper to buy a new phone then repair models such as the 3200. Good luck
