Hormones can trigger tumors(mostly benign) to grow on hormonal glands. You should see your GYN asap, though, to make sure they know what is going on.

I'm not a doctor, but I have had similar pains after the birth of my 2nd daughter. The pain was so bad I didn't want anything touching my skin, even clothing. The light started to bother me too and I had to sit in the dark. I went to my doctor and he diagnosed a breast infection. He said they were common and were easily treated with anitbiotics. Within a day of taking the meds I was feeling better. Definitely see your family physician!

Sounds like mastitis. Inflammation of breast tissue is VERY painful and likely caused by hormone imbalance of fertility treatments. Many simple remedies are available (but if it persists you may need to see MD for antibiotics).
