  • That's because of the columns. By default, folders show things like "From," "Subject," "Received" etc. Well if they're sent items they're all from you. So what you do is (in Outlook): Click on the folder Right-click the column header that says From and click Remove This Column Right-click the column header that says Received and click Remove This Column Right click any other header such as Subject and select Field Chooser (or Customize Columns) You should see an option for To. Drag that where From was. There will also be an option for Sent, drag that where Received was. Done.
