Not directly. Checkengine light generally has to do with the air pollution control system, and both teh oxygen sensor and PCV valve help with pollution, but they are not directly connected.
Does the 4.6l 2002 Ford Explorer engine have a timing chain or belt?

You're reading I own a 2002 ford ford explorer sportrac. the check engine light just came on. i took it to autozone and they are saying that it might be the oxygen sensor hose. does this have anything to do with a pcv valve?
