If you dont traditionally celebrate thanksgiving, when should you put up the Christmas Tree?

I think that Christmas decorations and trees should wait until December to be put up. Once December 1st hits, go crazy, but once January 1st hits, take it all down or you will get a note from me telling you to do so.
