  • one person me an it's cooked the night before, so leftovers. Sad on a holiday but when you live alone and everybody is gone you deal with it.

      I usually cook the turkey dressing and cornbread the first day and add the cranberry sauce the next day I add the sweet potatoes etc. So I don't have too much food at once. I also slice the breast portion it and put it in the freezer.
  • I cook ham and its for me and one lady.
  • My niece and nephew in law. They love to host Thanksgiving. Gives my sister a break
  • My mom always cooks the turkey, cornbread muffin and rice with pigeon peas and squares of ham. Then she makes the stuffing. My step-father bakes the pie and makes the gravy. Then my sister makes like 5 different types of bread! 😋

      My mom says that I'm not aloud to cook because I suck. I mean, I don't blame her!

  • A little heads-up for type 2 diabetics: gorge on all the turkey you want. Turkey actually lowers blood sugar.
