Neither penis length nor girth can compete with sperm count for that honor. A one inch penis on a man with massive sperm count is infinitely more effective in it's prime directive than a penis of 13 inches on a man with a zero count.

Sperm is sperm, and that's what gets you pregnant, not the size of the organ that delivers it. So, as far as getting pregnant, no, size does not matter.

Ok long penis less sperm travel time. considering the PH of the vagina at the time. I think a longer penis with a large delivery would have a better chance......see alot of white girls dating black men and are pregnant....but when with white guys no....hmmm i wonder......and i'm white slightly above average...don't know my count but wheni was younger i accidently got 3 girls pregnant....i wanted them so there abortion is on them.....i stepped up to the plate is what i mean..ok off subject.

I have friends who have had success with this method.I don't know if it was coincidence or not. Both get medicals first.If ok then try this.First the male should exercise his PC muscle for at least a month prior to get a stronger ejaculation.Buy some lingerie for the woman to make her feel sexy.The woman must try and stay highly aroused during foreplay and intercourse,as the vagina releases fluids which help the sperm travel.Maybe some adult videos will help.This is taboo to most,but despite what most people say about these videos,they are aroused by watching them.During foreplay the male should performing cunninglis.After the woman is wet, introduce a penis extension.Use this before and after each ejaculation.The extra lenght will push sperm deeper into the vagina and closer to the cervix.As sperm travels at about 3mm/hour, every extra inch helps.Remove prior to each ejaculation.Use lube and be gentle with your partner.Repeat this for at least 20 minutes after the first ejaculation. If in the missionary position,place a pillow under her hips to elevate the vagina.If in the rear entry position,she must keep her shouldrs below her waist height to keep the vagina elevated.Gravity comes into play here.Remember to try and stay relaxed and enjoy.
