  • Cardio will kick-start your metabolism to help you burn fat. Weight training will build muscle to help your metabolism stay up. Do cardio one day, weights the next. Eat lots of vegetables, preferably without dressings. And, of course, stay away from all the unhealthy foods that are high in calories & low in nutrition.
  • jeez, your friends shouldn't tell you that you're fat or that no one's ever going to date you. tell them that you have a healthy weight. if you still want to lose some weight, just exercise, eat healthier, and sleep more. it's good for you in so many ways. and just realize that you don't have to be supermodel skinny to be pretty.
  • im a guy and to be honest i find most supermodels to be ugly and i dont mean one or two i mean MOST ribs and pouts arent attractive at all and i dont know if its different with guys but if one of my mates (or anyone) says crap about me that i dont think is true i just brush it off, if you dont feel like theres anything wrong with your body then your body is fine as long as your healthy and weight doesnt interfere with daily activities then you shouldnt give a crap about what your so called friends say about you
