No. Education is a responsibility of society. Not a business venture.

I would say no. Our local taxes increase every year to support our schools. They are always threatening to cut programs if we don't give them more funds. Then they hand out fundraising kits to children on the first day of school. It's gotten out of hand.

It depends on how much profit and what they do with it. If they use the profit to fund school activities so that students get a reduced rate on them, that's fine by me. They would also have to be open and public about the fact that profit could be made and what they were going to do with the profit. Of course, if it is a private school, it's already a profit making business, so beware!!
