Help answer this question below.

My 1998 Toyota Corolla won't start or even turn over. The voltage in the battery is good. What would cause this?

    If it clicks, it most likely is the starter. I had the same problem with my '91. It was just the connections. Easy fix, (other than getting the starter out!)
