We have a spare room that's probably half-filled with dirty laundry. At least we did...I'd say it's more like quarter-filled now, we've made a dent in it. We call it Mount Washmore.

When my family came home from a Thanksgiving dinner party, a pipe had burst in our home and flooded some of the rooms and seeped into a few of the lower drawers of dressers. I had to rewash about 4 loads of clothing per person (24 loads). If they weren't expensive jeans and sweaters I probably would have thrown them out. Why couldn't it have been the socks and underwears drawers?

Every Friday night, when we're all home from work and school. I clear it over the weekend then feel like blowtorching the first person to put something dirty in the empty laundry basket. Obviously, I don't, though.

Pretty much every week. It's not so much the SIZE, because I do laundry every Tuesday... but the SMELL, oh GODS it's horrible. My husband finishes hardwood floors for a living, and it's sweaty work, and all the chemicals... woo. It's bad.

It's not so much the washing that gets me,it's the ironing! I HATE to iron. Thanks for the tip! A blow torch. Why didn't I think of that? lol

The first month i've moved out.. I din't do any laundry coz I was too busy doin' other stuff. I swore to myself I wouldn't do that sh*t again. Always do laundry atleast once a week, i say :P

Yes, ALL the time! With a family of six there is always a hugh pile of laundry. Of course my kids have to change two or three times a day, and take showers constantly! The towels alone make a mountian.

I have 5 kids one winter 4 of them got the flu and started vomiting in the middle of the night. Not all at once but one after another. I was endlessly changing sheets and p.j.s. A blow torch would have come in very handy just to kill the germs.

I have enough clothes for approx 3 loads of laundry, so it's impossible for me to get too far behind :)
