You were probably the only person who purchased them. I like the Choco Taco.

I remember Taco Bell's Cinnamon Crispas. I was working at Taco Bell in the very early 80's when they first came out. They didn't taste too good in the beginning cause it took a little while to get the hang of making them right without letting them sit too long and getting stale, but once everyone got the hang of making them they were pretty good.

The first idea that comes to my mind is that they were probably too difficult to keep fresh (seeming) for long enough and in large enough quantities to be profitable unless they were consistently in high demand, so once they were no longer super-popular and selling well, it wasn't in their best financial interests to keep them on the menu. Yet another great thing taken from us by corporate greed.

I LOVED Cinnamon Crispas...lots more than the Cinnamon Twists. Haven't eaten the twists in ages. I really like cinnamon, and the Crispas had a lot more cinnamon. I wish they'd bring them back!

convenience.....I worked there when they had those. It was different back then, we actually cooked. You can make them yourself,,,it's just a fried tortilla with cinimon sugar sprinkled on it. Cut them up first...deep fry them, sprinkle.

They also had awesome chips but replaced them in the 80's also, they have never been the same.
