yes with very good results as I get sinus infections all the time and they help keep the swelling down. Also use advil cold and sinus which to me is a wonder drug for sinus pain.

Yes. I use one pretty regularly in the summer months. I have this hay fever thing. Not bad,...it just gives me a sneezy drip sometimes. And the nasal spray helps with that, along with an anti-allergin.
