I find them and I kill them.
-
I ignore them. If you give them fuel then the fire keeps going. It's a reminder on who the better person truely is.
-
People do that in real life as well. Because of their insecurities. They are quick to accuse you of saying bad things about them. It's sad really.
-
What do you mean by that? Are you insecure with being micro-analyzed? How long have you felt that AB'ers were out to get you?
-
With humor..sadly, i dont think they pick up on the joke.
-
I answer the question as written, at face value, without reading into it. Then I get nailed for it. <insert eyeroll here> If users want me to find the hidden meaning in their questions, they'll have to spell that out for me.
-
Just ignore the nit-picking little be-otches, just like in my everday life outside the bag.
-
If I feel there is a need to respond in some circumstances, I respond - but there is no point getting hung-up about it. Most of the time I just accept that they are going to believe/do whatever they want to believe/do. Let them. :-)
-
Personally, I hadn't had the need to do it much. It can be downright annoying of flattering if you think about it long enough. There must be something worthy in your contributions if they merit all that attention : )
-
Dismiss them and move on!

My friend, I've been here for two weeks only. But during my short but sweet stint, I've learned very important life lessons here. My fast leveling up has raised not a few eyebrows. I was accused of being a sock puppet of someone, of badgicide, of uprating myself using other accounts, et cetera. Of course, like any other person accused of committing stuff, I was upset. What people don't know is that when I put my mind to something, I give it my 100 percent. When I was on Yahoo Answers, I answered about 1,000 questions a day. Yes, 1,000. That's because you are automatically given 2 points the moment you answer a question. So, that would be some 2,000 points a day. That's something I've never achieved on AB. But that shows my commitment to anything I do. Back here on AB, I realized that bickering and whining would not get me anywhere. I learned one very important lesson from Babycakes: she unsubscribes from very abrasive comment threads. Bigots and bitches wait for her to reply, while she goes around answering questions and earning points. Good lesson, isn't it? In short, just ignore those kinds of people. Do what makes you happy here: interacting with the people who respect your opinion, even though they don't necessarily agree with it.

I laugh. Really, asg4 at the end of the day who cares what some people that you don't even know on a website think? I don't want "The people on Answerbag understood her" carved on my headstone.
-
This just happened to me yesterday. I thought maybe they were joking, nope! I thought OMG, she must be having a bad day or something, I just passed it!!!
-
I deal with myself pretty well, actually. ;)
-
I move on and disconnect from the conversations or comment thread
-
Grandpa, don't let anyone get under your skin. You and I had a little bit of a misunderstanding in the beginning and it all got smoothed over. Don't sweat the small stuff.
-
I've mentioned this before to a few other people, but you got to take a "Fuck em" attitude and let it go.
-
I ignore negative questions, answers and comments and pay attention to the civil ones. I interact with those people who show respect and execute manners.
-
Sometimes I ignore them, sometimes I tell them to lay down and rest. I don't understand why people get so insane over a website.
-
Ignore, ignore, ignore. Go somewhere else on AB. If they follow, then just ignore. No contact, no whining about it. If you acknowledge them you give them power.
-
It's a very simple matter of either not giving them something to "read" more into in the first place or of very firmly setting them straight if I did.
-
i shall ignore. it's what i'm good at:)
-
unsubscribe.
-
i just don't pay attention to that sort of thing.
