The best way I have found to clean my glasses is to hold them under warm running water. Rub a tiny amount of dish soap on all surfaces of the lenses. Rinse well. Dry with a lint free towel. There is no residue like you get with spray cleaners. They are crystal clear and warm when you put them on!
