Remember that play time is your time, too. If it turns you off, tell him so. Try and explore a fantasy you can both live with.
For instance, if he wants to pretend that you are sleeping with other people, consider getting a doll or sex toy that actually symbolizes that very fetish. If that doesn't get your motor going, then tell him to be more specific.
