if you've already let your PSP format your memory stick you can make it run by simply pasting the file into a folder that's named "ISO". but you've got to format the stick so that this folder will automatically be there.

also, you've got to have a usb wire to connect on top of the PSP's slot. If you've a palm pilot, the usb connector that came with it should suffice the PSP coz that's how upload stuf on mine. Its just plug and play.
