I think that if global warming progresses to the point where we are able to live in Antarctica, the global catastrophes would have obliterated most of mankind and probably many of the larger land animals. The salinity of the ocean would be affected by the melting ice and even the sea animals might be in peril. I think that some would be left and, yes, they would be clinging to places like Antarctica.

No, Antarctica will not exist. All of the ice will have melted and remaining will be a piece of earth the size of an ice cube.

Since the preferred name for the phenomenon is "climate change", and not "warming", a number of effects might come into play, including yet another event of global crustal rotation which would rotate Antarctica into a subtropical, or even tropical, zone. This would eliminate most of the life on the planet, but whatever is left would be able to walk over to Antarctica from Denver and set up a new colony. They might be all that's left, were this to happen.
