Yeah in Cairo, Egypt finally. This was only in the computer game though. http://googlefoundcarmensandiego.ytmnd.com But she always got away on the show, or more like she was never the actual person stealing whatever item it was. You got to see an intercepted call but it was always to whoever stole the thing, and they had to catch that person.

So I guess they really never found her, even after all this time. Maybe it's time to stop searching and just accept that she's just missing, still.

Yes. I have sources that tell me Chuck Norris has actually caught Carmon San Diego but other than that I don't have any other clear example.
