I like it but I would improve it by making it possible to give 1 point per ten levels, so I could only give 5 but you could give 8 (this might get a bit imba so maybe place a limit of 10 on it). Also, I would make it so that you can not take points until you reach level 10, and when you reach lv30 you can take 2, lv60 3, lv90 4 ect, capping that at 5.

AB is great the way it is ...I wouldn't really change all that much , I would make a change to the D/R and the 'flagging' so that you must give your reasons as to why you did either of these tings and that your AB name and avitar be shown as well ...seems that just might stop a lot of trolls but apart from that nothing!!

I think that questions and answers should also be ranked by percentage not just points. Example: if you can ±3 and give 3 that averages their percentage towards 100% and if you -3 that averages them closer to 0%, but if you can ±6 and you ±3 that moves them closer to 25% or 75%. you should also have to option of giving 0 points to move their answer towards 50%. If this is done, answers will be ranked more on quality, not on how long they've been there or what level the user(s) who have seen it are at. This would also maximize the potential of the sliding points scale.

So far I'm liking the points system here. On Yahoo Answers, you automatically get 2 points the moment you answer a question. I feel that that system encourages answering in bulk, instead of quality. Personally when I was there, I answered around 1,000 questions every day. I went for bulk because of the automatic points. That would be around 2,000 points each day. Here, your answer has to be good to get points. Well, in most instances.
