Monopoly all the way. I like Scrabble too, but I haven't played much and I'm not that good at it. Never played Risk, haven't played Life in a while, and haven't played Candyland since I was in kindergarten.

Used to play Scrabble all the time with my son..it got to be much less fun when he started getting over 400 points regularly..we used to play Monopoly as well..that is more a game of chance than brains. I've never played Life(I just live it), Risk or Candyland..I guess I'll go with Monopoly..less to be embarrassed about I think! :)

Scrabble without a doubt. I can then spell out some embarrassing words. I enjoy shocking people.
Monopoly deals with money and I am bad with money and it can drag on way to long. I can't concentrate for long periods of time.

I'd really rather play monopoly. My wife and I used to play scrabble but we have differences on words and started to call it squabble.

I would pick Scrabble. When my son was young he LOVED Candyland and rightly so. Even though winning the game is based purely on chance rolling of the dice, he consistently beat me at the game. I've not introduced him to Scrabble yet.
