I have a large Wok and have never used it! I also have some Calphalon fry pans and find I use them all the time for everything! I have an electric frying pan which I used only a few times..stuff sticks in the electric fry pan..the Calphalon cooks beautifully and cleans up beautifully as well! :)

I have an electric wok, and I use it from time to time. I don't know many oriental recipes, so I don't use it as much as I'd like, yet. ^_^
-
yes...all the time for stir fry
-
Yes, I wok around the clock. Okay, maybe not quite that often, but I do use it pretty regularly for just about everything. (I kind of like exotic foods, so maybe I will get some gator meat or something similar. Then I could do the crocodile wok!) ;-P
-
Yep, only use it to frow at wabbits
-
I've had the same wok for about 15 years. I used to use it a couple times a week, but that has gone down over the years to once every couple of months. I've found a few Caphelon (spelling) pans that I use for most of my cooking.
-
I used it once a week. Mine has a handle on it and I bought it in China town in Yokohama, Japan. It's a Chinese type wok with a wooden handle jury-rigged to one of the side handles. (Hint: You are not supposed to wash your wok with soap. You are supposed to rise it out with hot water right after using it and heat dry it. If it becomes sticky, scrub it clean with soap and water, heat dry it and then add cooking oil spread evenly and heat it until it starts to smoke. The burnt oil on the pan will act like Teflon and help prevent sticking when you cook.

I do not have a Wok but, i pray someone will just walk up to me and say "here you go". Leaving me with a great big smile and a Wok.. You can cook beef strips in a wok and they almost always turn out great...

i just found a wok and all the accesories....when i say that i mean a small ladle, a spatula a wire sieve and a bamboo brush like device i have no idea...looks like a whisk maybe? Oh, and a vietnamese cookbook, 101 ways to wok your dog k, that last line was a joke, but damn good! LOL
-
no, I just use a skillet for stir fry...seems to work just fine. I have a small place and not much storage .
-
yes :) yes :) i love my wok, i had to buy the aluminum one so i could get that scraped taste, i don't know if you know what i'm talking about lol
-
I have two woks, a large and a small, and I use it... maybe every other week or so. It's the only really large pan I have though, so it acts as a rounded frying pan for any stir-fry I make.
-
I love woks but I tend to cheap out when I buy them. My next one will be a good one.
-
Yes. I've had it for several years but I only use it a few times a year to make stir fry. You can switch tings up and make a pretty big variety of stir fry.
