I will say this, sometimes it seems to take a divine intervention to get through the security in time to get to my plane! Not to mention the wonderful parking and shuttle transport system. The stupid little trams that run around the airport seem to need a little more of a guiding hand than the computer thats running them as well! Had to contribute my two cents here, very interesting question.
