Why not go to hospital? Are you afraid they will "commit" you? If so, how long has it been since you took them? If it's over 48 hours, you may be okay. But, I still say GO TO THE HOSPITAL! Only a couple or 3 10 mg amitriptylines usually knocks me out for 16-20 hours! 10 would probably kill me, so I say go anyway!

I'm sorry if this isn't what you want to hear, but if you do not seek urgent medical attention there is quite a good possibility that you might die. Any reservations you have about going to the hospital surely can not be worth your life? Rectal bleeding, stomach swelling and blockages are all moderately to severely serious symptoms that you need to have monitored by a medical professional. No one here can offer you the type of medical advice that you need. Please, drive yourself to the hospital or have someone you trust take you there. Your life is far too precious to risk.

Then don't go the hospital bue DO get in to see a doctor right away. There's no reason I can think of for you NOT to, and any number of reasons I can think of for you TO go. But see a medical professional!

are you dead yet?
