Invite her to join Answerbag, become your friend, then ask her to answer all your questions. That should break the ice.

look up the number for a maid service and casually leave a little note out for her with their number and prices. sometimes subtle hints work.

You can't really mind you neighbors business like that...but you can skip dog sitting again. The level of clean in her home is her choice, like the sofa in your house is yours. Would you want her to come to your house and tell you to get rid of your ugly sofa cause she thinks it's gross?
