All data in my document was loss and desktop setting back to default, it always happen when i start the computer ( i using work Pc with P4, win Xp ) could any one help?

It sounds like you are not saving your document when you shut down your computer. If you save the document before you initiate a shutdown, you can expect to have it available when you restart your system . Mainly, I question your power-off procedure. Are you simply pressing the power switch to turn off your computer? or are you shutting down through the menus? It's very important to allow Windows to close down all open files. If you aren't going through a proper shutdown sequence, your system won't be usable after a few weeks or months. It would be helpful if you describe your shutdown technique, button-by-button and click-by-click. With this information, we can determine if the data loss is your fault, which is normally the case.
