  • It could be that the fuel pump float is sticking I had the same problem.Fixed it by rapping fuel tank with rubber mallot
  • I have a 1995 chevy astro van 6 Cylinder all wheel Drive that runs good for days and suddenly stalls for no reason. if I let it rest for a few hours, then you can start it and run for a few miles (2 to 5 ) and then does it again. I replaced the fuel pimp twice, first time with the generic pump from advace auto parts and second time with the expensive one from napa auto parts. I check for sparking secuencial in the distrubutor and all connectors and has a very good spark lead up. I also check the inlet gas line for gas pressure and gas is present at the test point. I don't know how to check the fuel injectors or if any other problem related with an electrical system might be creating the engine to stall or unable to ignite and start properly. Any suggestions? Help will be appreciated.
