  • Anything with saturated fats in it. BTW, diet is not the best way to lower your cholesterol. Exercise is best and medication is better than diet.
  • My doctor gave me a chart: Processed meats such as bacon, hot dogs and bologna. Whole milk. Most cheeses. Cream cheese. Butter, lard and bacon fat. Croissants, patries and egg noodles. Coconut Vegetables prepared in butter. Ice cream. Chocolate. Potato chips. Buttered popcorn.
  • Shrimp. I guy I work with says he can't have it because he has really high cholesterol and he missed it. I eat a lot of shrimp and was afraid I would give myself high cholesterol. My doc says it the good kind of cholesterol
  • Very simple - animal products.
