Well windowws vista comes with a seccurity suite called windows Defender just selsct start and in the search box type in windows defender and click on it.Or buy a security suite or go to this website www.onecare.com

Windows defrag... well it basically sucks. Try Googling a freeware or shareware defrag utility because any geek out there with half a brain could write a better defragger than MS. I use Nortons myself. Hope this helps.
