I just took on a new job. My new boss was very tired of his now previous truck driver. The guy whined all the time, dragged out the jobs to make more money, didn't turn in his paperwork, then threatened to create problems after he was fired. I told my boss to let him go. I met his driver one time, and I am sure I could do a better, more expeditious job. i told him that I guaranteed I was more experienced in the position and that I would help him to build a bigger and better business.
