Yes, I do too. I'm not sure why that is. Maybe from being so tense while crying.

I always feel really good after crying. Can't imagine why you would get a headache from it.

I get a headache whenever I cry too, and it's hard for it to go away, so you're not alone.

When I cry a lot I get stuffed up. I think the headache you might experience is simmilar to a sinus headache. For some reason I think the tissue in your sinuses swell when you have a good cry.

You might also be straining some muscles that you don't use every day.

Crying causes your sinuses to fill up, which leads to the pressure causing the headache
