For those of you who enjoy Abstract Art, how does it encourage you to roam around your own imagination? Does 'the title' help or no?

Here are two pictures by the same artist. I prefer the non-abstract but he feels more confident about the abstract. I like abstract art that seems, somehow, to be rooted in reality but I don't like abstract art that seems to be trying to exclude "non-arty" people, it just seems like a form of snobbery.

I like the stimulation I get from abstract art. The colors set my mind free. The title rarely moves me. I get more from the movement of the forms, lines, and colors.

i've found that the titles only seem to confuse me so i usually ignore them at first and only read the title after studying the work if i feel i need more insight ;)
