Not at work but I was at a friends once and someone called her that she didnt want to talk to so I answered for her like I was from another country and that person never called her again. We laughed about that for months.

Once I picked up my co-worker's ringing phone and answered, "Mr. Frame's desk, Mr. Frame's secretary speaking". His daughter, who was quite taken aback, did not receive her sense of humor from her dad.

No, I would probably get fired doing that. I have a real specialty role at my firm and it would be pretty obvious if I was trying to BS someone else's position.
