They all have their cons, haha. I would have to say anything that affects your mental capacity, I would rather be in pain then start to lose my understanding of the world around me. (Then again, I say that as a completely pain free individual)

Anything that impairs my decisions. Becasue at least in pain I can still talk to those I love. If I had alzheimers and forget everyone.... or they would have to choose my way of death...pfft. I vote alzheimers

Motor Neurone disease looks like it bites. I imagine I could only cope with it if I had a brain as big as Steven Hawking so that I could escape in my head.

Rabies because the simple fact is once you have been diagnosed with it the death rate is 99.999% only 4 people in the entire history of the owrld have survived it.

Probably the Ebola Virus or Lassa because Nobody and i mean NOBODY can survive it. once they get into your system,(it's airborne) it starts liquefying all of your internal organs. (For more info, watch the movie called "outbreak"). You are usually dead within a week or so, i'm not exactly sure. but, it came from a monkey that bit one guy, then the disease spread across the whole u.s. but they eventually found the cure. then, the disease suddenly disappeared but the host is a monkey so beware of monkeys.
