  • I would NEVER go to a psychologist, cause all they do is brainwash you into beleiving what they want you to believe. Peopele who go to psychologist are just throwing their money away.
  • lay it all out
  • I lay it all out! LOL
  • Its all about feeling comfortable with your doc. The more of that you are, the more you will be able to divulge and thats going to take time.
  • Lay it all out, that way you have to visit him less and save money. Go ahead and open your Pandora’s Box on him/her.
  • Just go, talk a bit about yourself, what brings you there, and what's bothering you. Give it time, and make sure you feel comfortable talking to that person. The rest should unfold naturally.
  • I lay it all out and then after we progress I realize that there are other nutty things I do, and those are disclosed.
  • I generally take my underwear off, put it on my head, and start mooing like a cow. It's my typical ice-breaker.
  • A relation to the psychologist has first to be established. I would not hurry and fist tell something about the reason I were there. Of course, you can have a lot of problems in this moment and talk about them. If the psychologist are good, they will let things develop progressively. And: the fact that you go to the psychologist does not necessarily mean that you are "crazy". It just means that you are looking for some psychological help.
  • I would want to know my problems right away, so I would open up and tell all. And why keep spending money by going weekly for a long time?
