I am all for career women, but when do you think women will learn that it is ok to stay home and take care of the kids?(the if they want to is implied here)

Why do you think they "have to learn" this? The question is a bit condescending... I suspect that most women know that being a stay at home parent is a valid career choice. I also suspect that most women choose to work outside the home because they need to financially.

I was a stay at home mum. Now at 46 I regret it.

I think that most women do realize that it is ok to do this if they wish. I think more women my want to do this, but cannot for financial reasons.
