Sausage! I've never been a fan of ham, and my hubby loves bacon and has it once every week or two, and I just got kinda sick of it. It's sad, because I know bacon is basically awesome but I can't handle eating at the moment! Sausage though...awww yeah.

SAUSAGE PATTIES! Fried up in a skillet then placed on a thick slice of browned ham and completely covered with fried hickery smoked bacon until you can't see the sausage anymore and the bacon hangs off the sides, another thick slice of browned ham on top of that and then eat the whole thing like a sandwich!
