  • Eevrynight!! I hate it!! If I take sleeping aids, I don't get them. But, when I go it alone, I am a ninga crime fighting diva who is on the loose! Itis crazy!!!
  • Thankfully they have almost all gone away!
  • Almost every night lately.
  • Very often, and lately I have been having the "I'm drowning" ones :(
  • Only when I go to sleep :)
  • Getting better.. averaging about 4 out of 10 sleeps now.
  • Every night for the last 6 years. No bullshit.
  • a couple of times a week. i woke up the other night from a dream, thought i was covered in bugs, turned on the light and ran in the bathroom. very creepy.
  • I don't dream, or at least remember those I do have, so I can't really say, unfortunately.
  • Rarley. I did before I retired in 2002. I still dream but not nightmares. Mostly silly dreams. I had a high stress job and I guess that caused the nightmares.
  • Like...every other dream that I have. Sometimes more than that.
  • I have one every 2-3 months and that's it.
  • Most likely, every night. New research has found that over two thirds of all dreams are confrontational, meaning you are being chased, attacked, accused, hurt, etc. And since we have several dreams per night, it stands to reason that I have a few bad dreams every night. I may not remember them, but I have them.
  • Not very often, I'm pleased to say, but when I do they tend to be very vivid and incredibly strange.
  • every time i sleep.. no joke.. i cant remember the last time i had a good or even okay dream.. always involves death or pain or grief.. i can't even take a small nap without having a nightmare.. i dont know whats wrong but i hope it ends soon, i want to have a good night sleeps without waking up sweaty and my heart racing.. :(
  • No, not inat least 4 years. My last one was that I was in a car with my mom and dad, and these huge moving trucks were side by side, and driving straight towards us. The road was by a lake, and when we were hit, we all fell in the water, and I woke up.
  • Before this past February, few and far between, but when I did, they tended to be pretty vivid. Since February, though, I'd say at least four to five nights a week of varying degrees. I used to be able to sleep a solid seven or eight hours without any problem; now I can sleep only about two or three at a time before a nightmare or sleepwalking interrupts.
  • Almost everynight. I'm on a medication that has 'vivid dreams' as a side effect. Not fun.
  • All the time but I'm used to them now.
  • Hmmm.. I really don't know about myself but I think I have at least 2 or 3 a night. They usually aren't the "bolt up in bed, sweating, breathing hard" kinds, though I have had those before.
  • I would say about twice a week. I have horrible nightmares.
  • How odd.. I don't think I've ever had a nightmare. I know that we supposedly have dreams everynight but don't remember them-- having said that, I only remember a dream every 3 months or so. I'm sure that if I had a nightmare id remember it, or at least know I'd had one, but ive never suddenly woke up terrified in the middle of the night or anything like that. And Im hardly a very relaxed person-I get stressed all the time!! x
  • Nearly every single night. They're almost always of me getting hurt, a loved one, and only 1 has been of an unknown family. But I actually like having nightmares. Most of the time I don't wake up from them, though I get freaked out big time and will wake up if they're about my friends. I don't get why I enjoy them if they're about me getting hurt.
  • everynight
