Do you ever meet someone who you expect to be open-minded only to find out they're just as closed-minded as most other people?

:P usually if this occurs, its because I met them in an unreligious environment and later found out they were religious.. not to sound mean, but religious people are quite untolerant =[. As for a person whom i thought was intelligent and later found out wasnt? not often if ever. I play it, guilty till proven innocent.
