  • People asking about sick animials, when they have not taken them to a vet :-( It really winds me up.
  • The I found a pill ones. Either just take the pill or throw it away.
  • "Why haven't you accepted Jesus into your life?" Or "Do you need to be saved?" It gets redundant... stop preaching preachies!!!!
  • Car questions.
  • Am I pregnant.
  • Questions about other users. Not the congratulatory ones, but ones that throw a negative light on the user. It doesn't happen that often, but when it does, it annoys me.
  • I get tired of the ones about celebrities' email addresses, sex lives and personal preferences. Who cares?
  • Badly spelled or phrased questions.
  • Questions posted by a user to draw attention to him/herself. Examples: If I leave, would you miss me? Should I leave? Geez. Just go if you're going to. Stop fishing for compliments, ego-stroking and attention in general. Also, under the same umbrella: questions that are self-congratulatory. Examples: I just made Wiz, who wants to congratulate me? I just made my 40th post, who wants to congratulate me? Again, I say, Geez. Don't post your own stuff. IM or email someone else to do it for you if you think you were overlooked. But, usually someone does notice and start a thread for you. Still under the same umbrella: Userid X made wiz, who wants to congratulate? Userid B recovered from a hangnail, who wants to welcome him back? These questions, IMO, CHEAPEN the hard work done by people who reach the upper levels through continual and meaningful participation, or the congrats given to people who have a really valid personal situation that deserves mention. (e.g. weddings, babies, back from surgery, etc.) I personally do not participate in "level" threads below Sage level. Of course, these are my personal opinions. (For which I was asked.)
  • Oh dear Lord. There's an emergency here but I am on AB asking you strangers to tell me what to do. That kind.
  • Any questions that do not make up any positive contributions, like those offensive and rude questions.
