Questions are not generally deleted, they are flagged and taken off the active questions list. I don't know what you are seeing. Only in extreme cases are accounts nuked.

Perhaps you had asked some duplicate questions and they have been merged. If that happened you should get some emails telling you so. Otherwise I would put in a report to feedback (at the bottom of any AB page) and ask about it. Make sure you check the "I want a reply" box when you report it.
