Yes, I don't like it. This site is about asking and answering questions, so we should make everything as understandable as possible. Anyways, it's lazy to use 'u' instead of 'you' and such.

Yes it drives me nuts, Txt msging is alright for those tiny cell keyboards but Its annoying as hell. I shouldnt have to check the Acronym Dictionary to understand what they are talking about. http://www.acronymfinder.com/

I find it lazy and rude for people in an obviously standard English speaking forum to use text chat, chatspeak, L33T, or anything else, while expecting us to decipher it and answer them politely, completely, and exactly the way they want it done. If a person cannot take a minute to formulate a question or reply properly, does not care how they present themselves to the world at large, or are young enough to still think writing 'cutesy' is cool, then they should really stay with Myspace and off Answerbag, in my opinion.
