  • Yes and they get their on Feifdom's as well and serfs if they request them, but they have to be willing serfs though.
  • I thought that 'God loves and accepts everyone'.
  • Being gay or hetero isn't what determines if you make it into heaven. Accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior is what matters. Within that, part of the responsibility is to be like Christ as much as you are capable of. Not when it's convenient, not when you feel like it... as much as you can possibly find the strength to resist temptation and set a Christ-like example. We all have weaknesses and challenges in our lives, it's how we handle those things that tells God how much we Love Him and how much we love ourselves. Some people try to please the Lord, and they often fight against their natural temptations to do so. So, it makes perfect sense that some gays do indeed go to Heaven.
  • A gay person is as much of a sinner as anyone else, so yes, if someone has accepted Jesus as their savior and confessed their sins to him, He will. However, the way I read the Bible homosexuality is a sin, and someone who truly is saved would not live that lifestyle.
  • Why should we care what a mythical being accepts or doesn't accept. Let's try to make the kingdom of Earth a paradise, by solving very solvable problems like hunger, poverty and war.
  • "I hope to show you how the radical, liberating message that Jesus brings us and his revolutionary understanding of God all point towards the full inclusion and acceptance of gay people in the church. I hope to show you that if we just try and engage with the message of Jesus we find that all, all of his life, his actions and his words point to the affirmation of homosexuals in who they are and in their loving partnerships." "In Australia today, it seems that the only time we hear about the bible is when it is used to justify Conservative values . Somehow the bible is used to support the message that stresses working hard and making money, being law-abiding, having a family and kids, not drinking and so on. We have this image of the bible being this conservative book, used to justify the lifestyles and values of the white male middle class. The bible become a tool of control , a tool of conformity, a tool in the hands of those in power to maintain their power. To define God to suit their own interests." "We find out that contrary to Conservatives, Jesus didn't work hard, instead he left his job, and called others to leave theirs, or at least stop aspects of their job that were exploiting others. Jesus didn't marry or have kids and he repeatedly ignored his own parents. Jesus drank alcohol. He broke the law, repeatedly, and was finally killed for it. Jesus didn't conform. His life and teachings are the exact opposite of what so many Christians tell us ‘the Bible says'. People say they follow Jesus but so often they seem to live the opposite to how he lived and say things that are opposite to what he said. A lot of Christians never really engage with the Jesus story, never really look to it for guidance for their own lives." "This is where gay people fit in . The revelation that Jesus brings us is that we all have the right to be God's people. God calls all of us. God loves all of us. Gay people today are seen as unholy, unclean, just like, say lepers or foreigners in Jesus time. When Jesus breaks down the barriers, everyone, including gay and lesbian people, are invited to participate. There's this beautiful prophecy in the Old Testament that goes, “I will say to those who are called ‘not my people', ‘you are my people' and they will say ‘you are our God' . All of us, including gay people are invited to join God's banquet. None of us can be turned away." Source: http://ylgc.org.uk/PrideTalk.htm
  • Yes, I do. God accepts all believers.
  • If God exists and is a truly loving god.....Yes!
  • If they repent. I don't think they would be happy in his kingdom if they do not.
  • Where else will the assholes he accepts get their comic relief?
  • 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 says, "What! Do you not know that unrighteous persons will not inherit God's Kingdom? Do not be misled. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor audulters, nor men kept for unnatural purposes, nor men who lie with men, 10 nor thieves, nor greedy persons, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit God's Kingdom.
  • I dont beleive in God so its irrelevant to me.
  • God loves us all equally regardless of whom or what we are. To answer your question more fully please go to this web site: http://www.whosoever.org/gayxian/articles.html It should answer all those whom may disagree and give better understanding why for those whom do.
  • That depends… are you defining “gay” as those that have homosexual tendencies, even if they never act on them; or only those that actually act upon their homosexual tendencies? If the former, of course He does. If the latter, sure, on the same conditions as the rest of us: fully accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, cast all your sins upon Him and His atoning sacrifice, and follow Him to the best of your ability. HTH!
  • Of course. Created in the image of the one God and equally endowed with rational souls, all men have the same nature and the same origin. Redeemed by the sacrifice of Christ, all are called to participate in the same divine beatitude: all therefore enjoy an equal dignity. The Catholic Church believes there is nothing sinful about being homosexual. But homosexuals like all unmarried people are called to celibacy. The Church specifically says that homosexuals "must be accepted with respect, compassion, and sensitivity. Every sign of unjust discrimination in their regard should be avoided."
