I think many religions consider sex to be a religious experience, however what you are describing is people actively selling themselves as sexual objects. While I think that these practices should be allowed on the basis that all those involved are consensual adults, I do not feel that such behaviour is religious - which is no doubt because I do not practice Tantric Buddhism. Your question is difficult to answer from an objective point of view, and so I feel that more information is required before a decision is made.
