I honestly don't check my level or points. I go to my profile to read comments/answers I receive. I really don't care about the points.

I don't look at my level much. I'm always surprised when I see I reached a new one. I appreciate the points that I get but I mostly look at the feedback.

Used to look alot but hardly bother now.

I think the last time I really checked my level and points was when I got close to being level 21 I thought to myself I will go up a level to show my age. :-/ Well that did not work out as I am turning 22 next month. - As for activity history you mean answers or questions? Some times I go back to look at my questions and see some that I forgot about and read the answers just to refresh the knowledge.
