I don't know that'd I'd specifically say that it was for another woman! It's not going to be easy, but if there's issues with the relationship that are making you want to leave for any reason, it may not be a surprise.

You just tell her. Be honest but sincere. She will always get upset, there's no way around it. But if that's what you want to do, then you're going to have to just get it over with.
