    Simple because they have sheer talent. Bono has been made a Knight just recently. I have been a fan of them ever since I ever heard of the group. U2 has excellent music and great singing to go with it. Sunday Bloody Sunday is one of my favorite songs of theirs. Yes, I can understand it because they truly do rock.

    Mainly because they have meaningful lyrics in combination with music that is everlasting and still changing. They are a team. If one of them quits I'm afraid it will be not U2 anymore. I started to know them when I was almost 30. Now I'm over 50 and still loving them. It surprises me that in concerts you meet people of all ages.
