Do you suffer from one or more serious phobias? What kind of exercises help you deal with them?

I once tried to overcome my fear of heights by getting in a glass elevator. I thought I'd ride it up one floor at a time, until I could breathe normally, then go to the next. I didn't see until it was too late that I was on an express elevator. Ever walk back down 18 flights of stairs? I wasn't going to get back on that thing!

Yes. But I've given up trying to overcome them, I just work around them. For example, legally places HAVE to have elevators for the handicapped or at least stairs for fire exits. I'm deathly afraid of escalators (though some I am able to ascend, I cannot descend any of them). Also I am overly picky. I will not try or eat most foods. I just eat what I do, and I'm fairly healthy all in all.

Also crowds,lots of loud noise.Sudden abrupt,disturbing laughter-drunk people(unless they are friendly,together drunks,lol!)

Clowns! And sudden loud noises. When I was younger, I never wanted to play that Pop-Up game (where you have to put all of the shapes into their corresponding shape holes) because it pops up loudly if you run out of time and it scared me so badly I would run into another room and cover my ears... ...Also as strange as it is, pennies totally gross me out and make me feel super sick. Maybe not so much a phobia but definitely terrible.

I don't know if it has a name, but I hate people touching my little toe. I had a dream when I was young that it was bent back and ripped off.

I dont know what it would be called....but im like deathly afraid of JUNE BUGS. Its stupid, cuz they are harmless in every way...but they scare the living crap outta me. Thinking about them right now gives me the shivers...and june is coming around...man, oh the dread. I would litterly run and hide in the bathroom with the door shut...if one flys in the house...ooooo, that buzzing sound...and their glowing eyes, and scratchy little paws...man, OH THE HORRA!
