It depends on what you were taught/what you believe. My beliefs are the three-fold law; whatever you do comes back times three. This rule (be it 10 or 3-fold) is why Wiccans rarely, if ever, do negative spells.

I don't believe in spells but I do believe in the power of suggestion. Now Karma can come back and either kick you in the butt or bless you ten fold.

it depends on the belief of wicca you believe in. to me personally i believe in the three-fold law. whatever i do comes back on me three times. others might say that they belive in the ten-fold law. it is a different belief of wicca but the same basis. either way you should be cautious about the negative energy that you send out.
